WITHIN THE USA

All orders shipped within the United States are handled internally, so there are no additional customs declarations or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

EUROPEAN UNION

For orders shipped from the United States to the European Union, all applicable import duties and VAT are not included in the total price shown at checkout. These charges will be billed by USPS upon delivery or upon receipt of the package. The amount of duties and VAT will depend on the destination country’s regulations and may vary.

UNITED KINGDOM

UK taxes and duties are not included in the price at checkout. USPS will bill these charges directly to you prior to delivery. An Advance Payment or Disbursement charge may be added to your Duty and VAT statement/invoice for clearing the shipment through customs.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price at checkout. Your order will be subject to local taxes and import duties upon delivery.

Senja does not cover any such taxes, duties, or related charges. These charges incurred on refused or unclaimed packages will be deducted from any refunds issued.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees related to both delivery and return delivery, including any taxes and duties.
• Senja does not assume responsibility for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing.
